i got a chance to meet stak tfp in 2007. he is a great inspiration on my graffiti and one of my favorites. he did some sketches of my name and this is the first one i have done. i can't believe it's taken this long, to complete only one!! i painted the piece as close to the sketch as possible, also adding bottoms on the letters. more fresh as hell stak sketches to come!
got my grubby hands on some stay high 149 limited edition black light posters! numbered and signed by the man himself!! HELL YES.
this is a plush doll that a friend made for me. i was very surprised and hyped when i received it!! check out the pattern on the back......ya!
this is a track side piece from a trip to nyc in 2001. i was there in august, the month before 911........trippy shit! this paintcation had a major influence on me for obvious reasons........the birth place of graffithy :)
here are a couple of pieces done in california.......i met a lot of good people on this short trip and caught up with some old friends. i'm always humbled and greatly influenced when i travel doing graffiti.
T.M.N.T. were some of the first comics i collected when i was a kid...........this was before the cartoon and there rise in popularity. this was a one issue mini series about raphael and the back and front cover is dope!
here is a simple piece i did in '97 along with cameo (tag on the left). i used lemon yellow rusto for the background along with krylon navy, clover green and silver. i remember acrow telling me he liked this piece and it really inspired me to simplify my letters a lot more. got the flared out tag too! haha!
